Car Bench Universal System

The universal Jigs have been widely accepted by virtually all OEMs and for those who have not we have mini-jigs/supplemental jigs which use the same base.

For the Universal jigs there are data sheets which are continuously updated. All technical data is based on the car Manufactures' original blue prints and they give dimensions of multiple control points with mechanical and installed and removed.

Unique Three Sided Crossbeams

Crossbeams allow you to reach more control points proving accuracy not available from conventional frame or measuring systems. This allows you to remove and replace sections and return uni-bodies to factory specs quickly without the re-work.

Simultaneous Control of all Checking Points

By reaching multiple control points within a close proximity to one another you eliminate the need to use additional equipment (inter-jigs).

Provide Both Measuring and Superior Anchoring

The universal system allows you to secure all sections in place until the work is complete with out the need for a less accurate measuring system. Thereby shortening the repair time and still providing accuracy not obtainable with any measuring system.
